July Update

Published On 16/07/2017

It’s been a really busy period at Key Recruitment Limited and consequently a time of rapid growth within the organisation.  There have been four new starters joining the team this month who are all making an immediate and positive impact on our important work.

Den Barry has joined Key on a part-time basis as Social Media Coordinator.  As well as rewriting the Key Recruitment website content, Den will also work with a view to increasing engagement with prospective candidates and client organisations via our online platforms.  He is already busy developing a strategic plan for the team at Key Recruitment to follow with this aim in mind.

Den, who published his first novel last year, said;

“This exciting newly created role is a great way for me to develop my writing skills and support the growth of Key Recruitment at the same time.  I do similar work for a local charity and have really enjoyed my first few weeks at Key.  I look forward to further engaging with my new colleagues in raising the online presence of the company as well as perhaps showcasing some of the less well known, behind-the-scenes aspects of Key Recruitment!”

Graham Felton is the newly appointed Head of Industrial & Technical and comes to Key Recruitment with a reputation for seeking continuous improvement.  Graham has more than 13 years’ experience within the Recruitment industry and has a real passion for his work.  He’s keen to offer tailored and individual solutions to Key Recruitment clients.  Graham also plans to take a real interest in assisting the progression of talent within his Industrial and Technical division.  He said;

“I have a great team behind me here at Key Recruitment that already has a strong ethical and professional approach.  I’m already enjoying the role and plan to build on the Team’s strengths and any challenges we may face!”

April Payne-Stickler has just joined the Key Recruitment team as a Recruitment Resourcer.  Previously, April has been responsible for recruiting and resourcing candidates for the MOD as well as temporary appointments in Trades, Construction and Labour.  She has ambition and aspires to becoming a full Consultant with Key Recruitment, saying;

“I have now joined Key to progress my career.  I’m excited to grow with the business and achieve my full career potential here”.

And last, but not least;

Elliot Pink has just been appointed as the new Senior Business Associate working with Graham specifically in the Industrial Sector.  Elliott has worked in recruitment for over 13 years as an Industrial Consultant and has extensive experience in managing large volume accounts and building long lasting relationships with his clients.

On his appointment, Elliott said;

“I pride myself on delivering an exceptional recruitment service as I’m organised and always try to go the extra mile.  I’m delighted to have joined the successful team here at Key Recruitment and I’m excited to work with such high calibre people.”
