Key Recruitment - Latest News – Xmas 2018

Published On 24/12/2018

It’s an exciting time of year here at Key Group HQ as not only are we all singing Christmas songs and eating chocolates like they’re going out of fashion, we’re also working hard to ensure our candidates are placed and our clients’ vacancies are filled over the festive period!

In the Commercial Team, our very own Daniel Hurley has been asked to step up temporarily and lead the team into the New Year following Tracy Dicker’s recent departure.  Dan has worked for Key Recruitment for three years has already implemented one or two nice touches – such as introduction of sending ‘Congratulations’ cards to successful candidates – so the team are responding very positively to this new style of leadership and looking forward to 2019!

Dan, Richard and Justine have also been busy visiting clients and dropping off Xmas goodies to thank them for working with us throughout 2018 and to wish all of their old friends the best for the holiday period.

And finally from the Commercial Team, Dan received a glowing tribute last week regarding the work of Justine Arnold from one satisfied Key Recruitment candidate.  It read:

“I would like to mention that Justine is one of a kind and a superstar. She’s a great asset to your company and I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in her role. She provided me with a stellar service, the likes of which is very rare to find these days. I don’t need to wish her all the best, because she is the best!”

Pretty good huh? Well done Justine!

News from the Industrial Team is that they are having an exceptionally busy time as usual.  They are looking at placing a record number of staff with an ever-growing client base this festive season to ensure everyone is fully staffed over Christmas and the New Year.

They have reported that for one client in particular, they have placed thirty highly skilled workers in the last week alone.  So 2019 is definitely looking like being an exciting year!

On the Technical Team side, business is continuing to grow and we’re still witnessing a lot of placements coming in for the end of the year.  The team report that they also have plenty in the bag for 2019 too!  The Technical Team are looking forwards to a cracking year ahead with Fiona Dudley being joined by a new team member in January.  Laura Heeley, who has a wealth of Recruitment and Executive Search experience, will be bringing a new dynamic to the team and we’ll tell you more about Laura in upcoming briefings in 2019.

Now it just remains for everyone here at Key recruitment to wish all of our candidates and clients a very merry Christmas and all the very best for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!
