Welcome to our new team member, Michelle Welsby

We are delighted to announce that Michelle Welsby joins the Key Group as Head of Elite HR.

Michelle is a Chartered member of the CIPD and brings a wealth of experience and expertise in frontline HR with over 20 years plus knowledge within the manufacturing, insurance, retail, legal and financial services sectors.

During her extensive HR career, Michelle has mainly held generalist HR senior management roles. She has wide ranging knowledge in training and development, employee relations, TUPE, change management, employee retention, strategic HR initiates and high volume recruitment.

Michelle joins us at an exciting time here at Elite HR. She will be working with the Elite team to reinforce the Elite brand and build upon its success.
