It’s been a VERY busy few weeks at Key Group HQ and in addition, the office has received positive feedback from satisfied clients for one of our number.
The comments were about Fiona Dudley, Key Recruitment Technical Manager;
“ Just thought I would let you know that at the senior management meeting this morning it was stated that Key Recruitment consistently sends through CV’s that are always a good match to the role on offer and that we should certainly keep you as a preferred supplier. So keep up the good work as it is being noticed!” (Operations Manager - Engineering Company)
And then we received another read:
“On a more personal note, I spoke HR yesterday to say how impressed I’ve been with the communication and management of the Production Manager recruitment by Key Recruitment in general, and specifically from Fiona. Sometimes recruitment can feel like hard work, but it makes it much less challenging when we’ve got the level of support, insight and assistance she has provided. We’ll certainly be making sure Key Recruitment gets visibility of all roles that come through in the months and years to come - irrespective of the outcome in this case - although fingers crossed its positive. We probably don’t say it enough, but thank you!”
Very well done Fiona, great work should be recognised and it’s fantastic to hear such praise!
On a lighter note, we’re also praising Laura Heeley - Senior Business Associate here at Key Recruitment – after she managed to spend over FOUR hours in a car on a journey to see a potential client Lincolnshire with Graham Felton (our Head of Industrial & Technical) and then another FOUR hours back to Portsmouth again.
Laura’s tenacity and professionalism (together with her endless patience and ability to endure Graham’s small-talk for such a marathon journey) has paid off and Key Recruitment won a lucrative contract to supply staff to a national multi-site company which will benefit both the Key Recruitment Industrial and Technical teams.
Well done Laura and Graham (and especially Laura!) for going the extra (400) mile(s) for your work!
